Finding a good teacher can be a minefield, and as there are no strict requirements that people must meet in order to teach piano, the quality of teachers can vary drastically. Generally speaking, however, if a teacher has a recognised ABRSM diploma they will be able to teach at most levels.
At Piano Warehouse we do not have a policy of recommending teachers, although we can provide lists of teachers who have requested that we add them to our database.
